I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept messing up and wouldn’t take my payment. It turned a simple purchase into an unnecessary headache

I tried using the site, but it was annoying. The pages were loading really slow, the filters didn’t make much sense, and then checkout kept glitching on me. I kept trying for a bit, but after a while I just gave up...

I ordered from theboysstore.com and ended up having to reach out to support about my order. They did get back to me but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to send a follow up first. Once they finally replied they were nice enough and got everything sorted. It wasn’t a terrible experience just not the fastest customer service

At first the prices seemed reasonable, which is probably what pulled me in, but after getting the item, it didn’t feel worth the money. The quality was average, and I kind of got the feeling they make it look like a better deal than it really is. I expected more for the price. I wouldn’t buy from them again since there are definitely better-value options out there.

I liked that they had more than just the usual basic stuff you see everywhere. I ended up finding a couple shirts and pants my son actually wanted to wear, which is not always easy. The sizing took me a little while to figure out, especially with that one, but overall I was happy with what they had.

I ordered a shirt that looked like a really bright blue on the site, but when it showed up it was basically this dull grey-ish color. like, Not even close to the pictures. I thought about returning it, but the whole process just seemed like more hassle than it was worth. Disappointed tbh, especially with how different the color looked online.

I reached out to support hoping they’d get this sorted, but the problem still isn’t fixed. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this felt disappointing because I expected at least a clear solution or follow-up. Unfortunately, I’m still stuck with the same issue

I ordered a few shirts and joggers from theboysstore.com, they looked really nice when they arrived. The fit was good on my son too, so at first I felt happy with the order.
After a couple washes though, one of the shirts started to fade and the joggers ended up with a small hole near the knee. You probably won’t be too upset for the price, but I did expect them to hold up a little better. They’re okay for everyday wear, just not something I’d count on lasting a long time.

I ordered a couple of boys shirts and some shorts from theboysstore.com, and the product info was spot on. The colors looked like what was shown, and the fabric details were actually helpful, not just random filler.
The sizing was mostly right too, tho one of the shirts ran just a tiny bit smaller than I thought it would. Not a huge deal or anything, my son still wears it and seems fine with it.

I’d give it 4 stars because the descriptions made it easy to pick stuff without guessing too much. Just wish a few items had more fit notes, like if something runs small or has a slimmer cut

I’m giving 4 stars because my order from theboysstore.com was correct and everything showed up in the sizes I picked. With kids clothes I’m always half expecting something to be missing or swapped, but it was all there and packed fine. Shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but otherwise no complaints. I’d order again.

I ordered a few shirts for my boys. They look cute enough, but the fabric is definitely thinner than I thought it would be. After one wash, one of the sleeves got a little twisted too. Not awful. Just kind of average for the price.

I ordered a few things from theboysstore.com the packaging was good. The box showed up in decent shape and nothing inside was damaged, which is really what I care about most—well, that and not having to deal with returns.
It wasn’t anything fancy, just regular packing with enough protection to do the job. One corner of the box was a little pushed in, but the items were totally fine. There was maybe a bit too much extra paper, like I get why they used it but still, overall I was happy with it

I feel like paying here used to be easier. I wanted to use PayPal, but the only option that actually worked for me was a card. Not the end of the world, but it made checkout more annoying than it needed to be.

I did get my refund in the end, it just took a little longer than I thought it would. Not a huge deal, and I get that these things can take some time, but it would’ve been nice if it had moved a bit faster.

The shirt looked fine when it arrived but the fabric feels really scratchy and just not comfortable, my kid wore it for one day and then didn’t want to put it on again because it bothered them too much.
